Just the location and the cleaning. The fact that the tube is just outside the hotel is super. And it’s walking distance in Salamanca quartier.

Everything is good. The Location is what makes it worth to stay here. There is a Restaurant nearby named Treze a michelin star which we love it. Close to everything (we walk) which is great. Breakfast is delicious!!! The breakfast staffs and the housekeeper are polite!

Fantastic location for a concert or events at the WiZink along the road. Plenty of great shops bars cafes etc nearby. Staff were great too, both friendly and efficient. Loved the breakfast, pricey but good ingredients (you get what you pay for). We asked for a bath , but in order to get one had to settle for a room above the disco. What disco? - slept through it such was the confort of the bed . Loved everything !

The hotel has an excellent Location, the room met all our needs, very friendly staff, and we had excellent dinner too.

Iocation very convenient, staff very friendly, clean... Very good matrace, prefer maybe bigger TV.. ( even we did not use it...) Kind of wooden floor, not carpet, , for hygiene these days better.. Clean bathroom. Perfect taxi to the airport.

The expansive terrace is a delightful amenity, and the accommodations are exceptionally clean. The breakfast offerings are varied and of high quality. The staff is courteous and professional. The establishment utilizes a cutting-edge mobile application that enables guests to make various requests. The option to select different types of pillows was particularly appreciated.

The staff member Carmen was very nice, always accommodating, and ensuring I was well taken care of. They were very nice to keep my luggage safe while I was traveling around Europe.
